Mental Health Counseling Services

LET’S DISCUSS…provides mental health counseling, therapy, and treatment services for individuals and families. The focus is on creating meaningful conversations, improving emotional regulation, strengthening relationships and supporting overall psychological well-being. As part of my therapeutic approach under LET’S DISCUSS…brand, I integrate specialized board games, tabletop games, and card games to facilitate communication, emotional processing, and interpersonal connection. Each game is used as a part of mental-health services.
